I like Verizon as a good reliable phone service however their customer service and when you go to this specific store all the employees just stare at you and don’t even attend to you they’re very rude and I guess since I’m not black and they see the Puerto Rican look on my face ?

I order a phone online for curbside pick up. When I got to the store they said they had no such order. Then I called Verizon tech support. They assured me it was ready. The store said they couldn’t help, then promptly closed and locked the doors. I got no help and am now without the new phone I just ordered.
