Went and the lack of customer service skills was awful they didn't have it in stock which is ok it was the lack of customer service I received from Latin women with medium-length hair didn't get her name but I was appalled.

JT and Ricky were extremely helpful. My wife and I were having a phone issue and came into the store right at closing. They were helpful, fixed our problems and were incredibly kind in the process. Highly recommend!!

I wanted to take a moment to share the exceptional customer service my wife and I recently experienced at your South OBT location near the Florida Mall. We were fortunate to work with two remarkable representatives, Angel (who shares the same first name) and Edmar, who each provided stellar service during separate interactions.
Today, we had the pleasure of working with Angel, who assisted us with upgrading three iPhones and an Apple Watch. Angel guided us through the entire process with remarkable patience, ensuring our data was successfully transferred from our old devices to the new ones. He maintained a friendly and engaging conversation throughout, clearly explaining each step so that we felt well-informed and comfortable. He even introduced us to a Disney+ promo package that will save us money over the next 12 months. Angel also reviewed a variety of plan options, helping us make the best choices for our needs. His expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
About a week ago, I had a separate phone call with Edmar regarding switching from Spectrum to Verizon’s 5G Home Internet service. Even over the phone, Edmar’s assistance was swift and efficient, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. He managed to get everything set up quickly, and even helped us adjust some of our streaming services to take advantage of additional promotions. His guidance during that call left a lasting impression and made our switch to Verizon a pain-free experience.
Both Angel and Edmar provided outstanding service, and we truly appreciate their dedication and expertise. Please make sure to pass on our gratitude and let them know how much we value their exceptional support.

My son is a customer of Verizon, he had an issue with his phone. We went to Verizon store in OBT and the Associate Frank helped us with my son issue. Frank went above aND beyond to help us.Fran is very prossional,friendly and has a lot of knowledge. He is a great asset for Verizon.
