Austin and Steven are awesome!!!!! They are so professional & knowledgeable. They knew every answer to our questions and were beyond helpful. It was refreshing to go into a store and meet two people who actually seemed to love their job and cared to help.

Ed M at Verizon/Victra on Bald Hill Rd in Warwick is the BEST of the BEST. He is super knowledgeable and experienced , actively listened to what I wanted and clearly communicated my options for exchanging my phone. I got exactly the one I wanted plus a valuable promotion I didn’t expect. Without question, he is now our “go-to” sales person.

Do you want to be scammed? Do business in this location! Just be careful Verizon costumers because after they scam you Verizon it’s gonna tell you: we can’t do nothing because this is a third party store owned by another company! Wonderful! (Plus: they don’t have a store manager)

Jeff was amazing! I’m from out of town and he got me in and out in less than an hour with a brand new phone and a great deal. He was very very friendly, helpful and made the experience 100 times better! 10/10 recommend going there. I may travel back here next time I need to transfer phones he made it so easy!

I am writing this because I am very sad. I just found out that Javier will no longer be working at the Verizon store at 8600 Vineland Ave. I love this store and the service is spectacular starting with Javier he has helped me and my family with our upgrades since we moved to Florida in 2007. When you walk into the store you feel the good and positive vibes all the guys have, it makes the clients feel good. For me customer service and friendliness is number one and this store has that and since they moved Javier to a different store that will be too far for me to go to. I’m not sure what I’m going to do. This Verizon store has the best crew they are all great starting with Javier, Jeff, Jorge and Angel they should stay together in this store because they work great together. They have the answer to all your questions, they are super friendly and cordial. They always go above and beyond to help you with any problems you might have with your cell phones and service. I would like Javier to please stay at this store they have worked so hard to maintain the store the way it is and to keep his old and new customers. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that you will stay in that store, your store.
