Just as Roy stated, super polite and friendly people. Two guys made contact with me Sunday afternoon as I parked along the curb and not blocking gate off Lee Vista Blvd. Said it was ok to stay the night. Even have a water front view lol.

Truck entrance is on Lee Vista Rd side. You can overnight park in back just don’t block gate. Unloading was fast.. employees are friendly and go out of there way to help.
