He is welcoming, personable and very professional! There is plenty of parking space around here for overnight. All of the people here are very kind and accommodating. I would deliver here every day! If you go to receiving and the lot looks full. Come back out turn to the right and drive around the corner there is a gigantic lot back here with plenty of parking for you. A year later I wish I could give them an additional five stars. The amazing woman at receiving, was amazing! She told me that I could drop my trailer in the yard and go get food and take a shower. I slept here last night like a fat full baby. My favorite place in Florida to deliver”

“On May 28, 2026 I had a delivery scheduled with Mattress Firm out of their Orlando Warehouse. I had purchased two twin XLs from a Leesburg Outlet Store on Memorial Day, May 25th and was told my delivery would be May 28th. It was curious that the two twin XLs had to be picked up in Leesburg from the store and taken to the warehouse in Orlando and then put on the delivery truck for May 28th. But taking all that into consideration, when my delivery truck with the two young men showed up at my doorstep, it was around 5pm that day. I was feeling concerned for these young men and asked about me being stop #17 ... thank goodness that was the last stop of the day. I was so impressed by the fine quality of these two young men ... very efficient, friendly, responsive and all the good stuff. They packaged up my 15 year old Beautyrest king -- hopefully to donate it somewhere -- and positioned the twins as a split king. It all worked out perfectly and they were on their way. I can't tell you the last time a delivery went so well with great delivery people and product like new. These two guys are definitely an asset for Mattress Firm -- you better give them a raise!!!”
