"They NEVER look to see if anyone is waiting. They are always hiding around the wall; sometimes talking and sometimes not. Forget about the clearing of the throat to get their attention. You have to call back loudly and then the cashier looks at you rudely around the corner.
When they do come, the lady can't understand me nor I her. Many times she will just say they don't have it (type of syringe, etc.) and have never carried it, tho I had got it there two months b4.
Why does Walmart allow their reputation to be lowered by allowing employees like this to get away with such shoddy customer service?"

"At the pharmacy. Been here about 10 minutes to ask questions about medications and no one has even acknowledged my presence.
No one else is in line. 😑. I here them talking about some random work gossip.
Pharmacist was too busy to speak to me so I passed along the message through the employee. Smh. I don't know why I ever come to Walmart."
