The service was horrible we have a doubt and the cashier was being very disrespectful and petty when we asked our question then she called her manager and the manager came with the same actitud toward us also we bought a 20oz cup that it was a special edition and in other wawa’s they told us that the refill was free then we get to this Wawa and they tell us that it was a lie and that they didn’t know anything about that cup and the refill came out to be 20cents lower than the original price this is a rob and don’t fall for it because you pay 5 dollars for the cup and then you only get 20 cents off when you do a refill!

Just went there for smoothies, which are usually pretty good but the man who is making them I think his name is Chris was pretty distracted by some other guys and our smoothies ended up with huge ice chunks in the bottom. Pretty good here, but it depends on who is on shift.

None of the workers were wearing hair nets and when I got my good lookin avocado toast I found two large blond long ugly pieces of ugly hair

Great Location! The overnight team deserves an applause for keeping the store clean and organized with fresh products. I’m a regular and I must say Shamika s great customer service is one of the best in Orlando.
Shamika always goes above and beyond for me. I’d like to see her as a General Manager one day. This Wawa should be an example to all the other Wawa s around the area. This is one is still my favorite out of all them.

In my last online order number 530 requested at the headquarters at 3951 Central Florida Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32837 I ordered a sandwich with roast beef and they didn't put the protein in it, only egg.

Shakima is always in great spirits… I love her energy and service. I look forward to stopping by after getting off late at Ale House. She’s always positive and if I was her manager I would promote her… I had a complaint before about the service of the other girl but Shakimas energy completely overshadows any bad experience I’ve ever had here. - Dre

I had an absolute horrible experience I stood there for over 32 minutes for a two dollar burrito everyone else received their order and I stood there spoke to a manager, and nothing was done about it. I absolutely am flabbergasted about the way that these people handle customers highly do not recommend.
