Wingate by Wyndham Convention Ctr Closest Universal Orlando

Ramada
Wingate by Wyndham Convention Ctr Closest Universal Orlando offers a convenient and comfortable stay for visitors to the area. The hotel is praised for its great location, being just a 5-minute drive to Universal Studios theme parks and close to many fast food options like Taco Bell, KFC, Chick-Fil-A, and others, including a nearby supermarket for essentials. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome and ensure rooms are clean and comfortable. Although some reviews mention that the rooms are old and in need of an update, the staff's efforts and the hotel's location help compensate for this. Breakfast receives mixed reviews; while some enjoy the hot eggs, sausage, waffles, and coffee, others find the options limited and sometimes missing items, especially during busy times when staff are short. The hotel’s surroundings are considered somewhat boring, with a closed-down Hooters across the street, but the area is safe and suitable for those visiting Universal Orlando frequently. Overall, guests find the hotel to be a good value, clean, and friendly, making it a popular choice for their Orlando trips. Many guests plan to return, citing the location, staff, and cleanliness as key highlights.
