I took my phone to Dave and without hesitation fixed all my issues. I can not speak highly enough about this store. Trinity was an amazing help as well. “**** (6-24-26) Update - T-Mobile did do the right thing and took care of my issue. I really appreciate T-Mobile doing the right thing here. I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile based in part on a promised $500 rebate/credit. Before making the switch, I confirmed the promotion with a T-Mobile representative and was told that if I provided the required documentation, the credit would be honored. After switching, I spent hours gathering and submitting the requested documents. Each time I was asked for additional information, I provided it. At one point, a T-Mobile representative again assured me that the credit would be honored once everything was received. Despite providing all requested documentation and spending countless hours with customer service, T-Mobile ultimately refused to issue the credit. The process was frustrating, time-consuming, and left me feeling misled. My advice to anyone considering switching carriers because of a rebate or promotional credit is to get everything in writing and be prepared for a lengthy process. Based on my experience, these promotions can be very difficult to collect, and what is promised during the sales process may not match the outcome after you become a customer.”
