The staff at this location are the best. They accepted a return on an item I had ordered on line, helped me find other tops to try on, and told me about a credit I didn't even know I had! Win, win!

I appreciate that there is a Talbots brick and mortar building near me as I do not like online shopping. Just visited the Ormond location and Debbie took great care of me. She is a very friendly sales associate who goes out of her way to insure the perfect size and fit for her customers.
