“I’ve meant to send this for a long time. I came in here over a year ago. First time ever in a Sketcher’s store. Came for a pair of new shoes. I can’t say how much i appreciate the help from Brittany. So professional, personal, helpful, and kind! With the extra shoes you can get with the half price one she helped me find shoes for my daughter and her kids who live in St Aug. I was taking pictures to send and she help me so much. I left with four pairs of shoes. I had recently retired from a place that’s know for great customer service so I called corporate to say what a great experience I had and how helpful she was. Not sure if it went anywhere but did talk to someone. So now I go back after all that time and she’s there again and I get the same wonderful customer service again! Over a year later and I went back because of my experience there the first time because of her! . She is by far one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in the retail world! “Always have loved DSW for shoes!! They never fail! I always come out with a least three new pairs! Sad that the salesperson told me the store was going bagless soon??? Have no idea if they realized some people like me like the shoe boxes to keep our shoes nice at home! It makes it way more difficult to carry with out a bag.”

“When I got a foot problem I went to a doctor who told me I needed to change my soles in my shoes. The doctors office gave me soles and told me to find good shoes, not cheep ones. A friend told me about Dales shoes and we both walked over and I got 2 pairs. Brooks and new balance. The owner was very helpful and I will come again for y next pair. Also my friend was jealous and bought a pair of brooks for himself. That's a win for the owner for making 2 sales that day.”
