He was super neat and clean, and did an amazing job on my car! He even cleared my headlights which were so bad he wasn’t sure he’d be able to do it. He explained to me what was the best product to use on my big black Mercedes Sprinter 3500XD van to keep it looking like new and boy was he was right. It was a two day process to apply the ceramic but it will last a very long time.”

“My vehicle was just as dirty after the service as it was beforeUpdate: Immediately after submitting my review concerning quality of service, management contacted me. They were very apologetic and stated that they strive for quality service and asked to make it up to me. I returned and spoke to the supervisor. She was extremely nice and took VERY good care of me. My jeep was spotless and shining for days. My apologies. I forgot her name. Thank you for making things right. ✨️”
“Love that they provide glass cleaner, scent, and microfiber towels, plus free vacuums!Not thrilled that even tho touting several name-brand treatments in the ($10 Silver) wash pkg, that the wash machinery itself doesn't get off travel dirt... the front end, sides, and backs of mirrors were still covered in dead bugs and residual guts. (I didn't think to get a pic of the front, but finally did of the driver's side.)The worker there then showed me to use one of their provided cleaners and keep wiping it to get it off.That seemed reasonable except for 3 things: I'd just paid THEM to clean it, it took me substantial elbow grease to get clean, and I didn't notice til after using a bunch of this 'cleaner' that it was for GLASS!So, did I just mess up the paint [and waxes/treatments] by putting possible ammonia or alcohol on the finish? Sigh...Anyway, I doubt that the higher cost washes would've made a difference bc all they do is add more 'treatments' using the same wash machinery.Might use again if car just needs everyday wash, but not worth it to remove serious filth.”
“Popped in to get gas on our way home from a day at the beach. This is actually a Shell gas station with a Jimmy John's next door. I had Shell gift cards and wanted $45 worth of gas. But my gift cards were in the amounts of $10 and $25 . Their system is set up to only allow a purchase up to the amount of the gift cards. So I had to do 3 transactions. Buy $25 worth of gas, pay for that with my gift card, have my husband pump the gas, hang up the pump then repeat the process. Scott was the ckerk working, he was so nice and accommodating and patient with the process. I walked around the store while my husband pumped gas, it was clean, had a deli, coffee station and all the other items you would expect at a gas station. But the main reason for my review is because Scott was so courteous and helpful with my complicated gas purchase.”

“It's disappointing that the attendant never uses the spray on the passenger side of the car. Is it less dirty over there? It seems lazy, especially when I have purchased the highest wash, why is only my driver side, wheels and windshield and Car sprayed with the pressure wash? I really like the use of the towels and cleaner. That's much appreciated.”
“Nice store always get good service sometimes the price on the gas on the big sign by the road isn't always correct as the pumps price but It's still my favorite gas station off the key .”

Tom showed up on time, explained his steps along the way, and produced a great result on my motorcoach. “Cleanest, nicest gas station bathrooms in the entire state of Florida. Ran in close to closing for gas and a Coke to make the long drive to Tampa and decided to use the facilities, and found the place to be clean, stocked, and well lit. Counter guys were friendly and helpful.”
“I searched around the region for a car wash that would accommodate a class C recreation vehicle. This was one of the few. I used the self wash feature. The ones worked well as did the foamy brush. The only issue I had was that when I had the wand set on soap it did not seem soapy. It seem like just plain water. But I’m grateful to find this place.”
“Love the super clean wash experience. Staff is top notch and friendly. I have a monthly membership and go at least twice a week. The ceramic wax coating comes in handy when it rains, the rain just beads up and rolls off the windshield while driving. Highly recommend a membership.”

“When I stopped in just before Easter, there was a problem. After paying and pulling in when indicated, the wash did not start. I waited a few minutes, but it still didn't start. I left a message at the number shown at the car wash. Kristin got back to me quickly and let me know they were having communication issues during my visit. Those had been fixed and she offered to send me a code for a second try. I wasn't going to be back in the area until May, so she offered to send the code at my convenience. Yesterday I got the code and washed my car. I'm glad I did! While automatic car washes aren't able to detail a car as well hand washing, Key West Car Wash's set up did a very good job. I'm very pleased with how clean my car is now!!!I appreciate the kind and helpful way that Kristin made sure I got the value I paid for when coming to their business! I had such a positive experience and will definitely return the next time I need a car wash!”

“I accidentally vacuumed up my wife’s ring, it was a Sunday and I called the number on the wall. Surprisingly I left a message the owner called me back and met me there 1/2 hr later and he went through the vacuum found the ring and refused to take any money from me.
