“It's disappointing that the attendant never uses the spray on the passenger side of the car. Is it less dirty over there? It seems lazy, especially when I have purchased the highest wash, why is only my driver side, wheels and windshield and Car sprayed with the pressure wash? I really like the use of the towels and cleaner. That's much appreciated.”

“Love that they provide glass cleaner, scent, and microfiber towels, plus free vacuums!Not thrilled that even tho touting several name-brand treatments in the ($10 Silver) wash pkg, that the wash machinery itself doesn't get off travel dirt... the front end, sides, and backs of mirrors were still covered in dead bugs and residual guts. (I didn't think to get a pic of the front, but finally did of the driver's side.)The worker there then showed me to use one of their provided cleaners and keep wiping it to get it off.That seemed reasonable except for 3 things: I'd just paid THEM to clean it, it took me substantial elbow grease to get clean, and I didn't notice til after using a bunch of this 'cleaner' that it was for GLASS!So, did I just mess up the paint [and waxes/treatments] by putting possible ammonia or alcohol on the finish? Sigh...Anyway, I doubt that the higher cost washes would've made a difference bc all they do is add more 'treatments' using the same wash machinery.Might use again if car just needs everyday wash, but not worth it to remove serious filth.”

Every team member treats our cars as if they are their own and take the extra time to handle the little details that others may miss.I had tree sap on one of my cars and they went out of their way to remove the stubborn stuck on portions that just didn’t want to come off the glass.On top of their superb washing and detailing abilities, Ryan and team are all kind, courteous and great to have a conversation with.All in all it’s been cheaper than a car wash membership and 10X the quality of product and experience! Annual memberships are more than worth the investment.”

“Popped in to get gas on our way home from a day at the beach. This is actually a Shell gas station with a Jimmy John's next door. I had Shell gift cards and wanted $45 worth of gas. But my gift cards were in the amounts of $10 and $25 . Their system is set up to only allow a purchase up to the amount of the gift cards. So I had to do 3 transactions. Buy $25 worth of gas, pay for that with my gift card, have my husband pump the gas, hang up the pump then repeat the process. Scott was the ckerk working, he was so nice and accommodating and patient with the process. I walked around the store while my husband pumped gas, it was clean, had a deli, coffee station and all the other items you would expect at a gas station. But the main reason for my review is because Scott was so courteous and helpful with my complicated gas purchase.”

“Love the super clean wash experience. Staff is top notch and friendly. I have a monthly membership and go at least twice a week. The ceramic wax coating comes in handy when it rains, the rain just beads up and rolls off the windshield while driving. Highly recommend a membership.”

As I observed the meticulous care taken with the high-end vehicles ahead of me, including several Teslas, I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to quality.I was especially amazed by the condition of my own car after the wash. As a result of ongoing construction near my workplace, my vehicle had accumulated quite a bit of dirt and grime. However, the suds and brushes employed by Tommy's Express worked wonders, leaving my car looking as good as new.One particular highlight of my visit was the availability of a complimentary, high-powered vacuum for customers to use. “Dunno what all the hate is about. I was just checking the hours for this gas station and noticed the awful reviews, but I've never experienced much of what others are saying. The place is clean, the staff is nice, and the prices are average for the area. Visit the other gas stations nearby and you will understand how much better this place compared to others around it. It's also probably the cleanest bathroom you can find gas station wise when you have to go and can't make it home either. Plus longer hours than most too.”
