Billy(I believe that’s his name) Went above and beyond to do whatever he could, and gave me full refund. He was always so kind on the phone and as helpful as he could possibly be. Great customer service which is VERY rare these days 5 stars!”
“Ross has been my go to guy for paint stuff for a decade. He knows his products and really goes out of his way to get things right. Nice thing is they don't try to up sell you or push high end stuff when it's not necessary. Best thing are there prices are right on everything. Paint is well priced but so are the tools. You'll do as good on price or better here than the box stores or on line and it's right in the neighborhood, fast and great customer service.”

“When I first walked into the Rustic Rooster I was greeted with a warm welcome. ALWAYS a good start for me since I have been in customer service for over 35 years and feel like it is no longer the most important piece for most businesses anymore. I am someone who is going to get into restoring and painting old furniture and had questions regarding paints, techniques, and general questions after watching hours and hours of Youtube. Rose was so kind in answering all of my questions and suggested a paint class she was putting on that weekend so I could learn even more about why she uses Annie Sloan paint and how it can be used with the right techniques. Annie Sloan paint was the one I was leaning toward after my own research so I signed my husband and I up for the class. If you are looking for a fun, interactive, learning experience with your partner this is a great class to take. Rose is very knowledgeable and most of all, she is KIND. She has been in the business for many years and she wants all of the artists that walk through her door (and more) to succeed in whatever project they are working on. “This review is for FinishMaster, Inc. located in Venice FL and a review of Spray Max 2K Hot Rod Black Satin 3680212. Needed a professional grade 2K paint spray can system to finish automotive rims I was working on. Pulled up on wim and ask the employee about what I was working on and that I was attempting to repair, re-do a set of rims. I've been out of the automotive paint game for 30 years and there's so many new products on the market. The woman who helped me was super. She knew her stuff and had also painted and recommended this product as it was more like an OEM black stain for all sorts of vehicle components. The Spray Max K2 layed down perfect and even. Zero clogs, drips, splatter. Best two part spray can paint on the market hands down. No clearcoat needed. This is one spray and done. Spend a lot of time prepping and do it right the first time. Wipe with prepsol or like, tac it and spray smooth and even coats. One can finished the interior of two 315's and another can completed two 285's. Worth every penny and thanks to the helpful employee ?”

“I have literally never written a review on Google but I feel so strongly about my amazing experience at this SW store that I had to do it. I have been legit going insane trying to pick paint colors... for almost 3 months now. I was going to get the paint from Home Depot but the painter we hired to do our house prefers SW. I went to the store to pick some swatches and decided to talk to someone there for some advice. Amanda was SOOOO knowledgeable about colors she legit helped me make a decision on several colors within maybe 10 minutes. I can't express to you how much I appreciated her expertise and assistance. She was just so awesome. And I saw her helping a few others while I was there; all the customers seemed super happy after speaking with her, as well. KUDOS TO YOU, AMANDA!! You're the best!!!!!!
