Andrew listened to my concerns with patience and understanding. Our pup, who has always been anxious, was remarkably more comfortable and was groomed exactly how I had requested. I would tell all of my friends but then we might never get another appointment. Just kidding…book an appointment, you (and your pup) will not regret it.”

“In April I found a baby Blue Bird that had been attacked by the outdoor cats on my street. It was alive and I kept it over night in a safe place until I could contact a Sanctuary near me. It happened to be Save Our Seabirds at Mote Marine. They let me bring the baby to them. I can't tell you enough how nice these people are. I know in my heart that the baby bird was going to be alright when I left it with Jonathan. Keep up the good work. You people are amazing.”

“My dog Wyatt seen multiple vets for over a year for GI issues. This November he was in bad shape losing weight, vomiting and diarrhea. Every vet we seen gave multiple prescription medications and prescription foods. All this did not sit right with me. I felt they were just treating the symptoms but not healing him. My local boutique pet shop recommended me to see Carol for nutritional counseling. From the first visit with Carol she put Wyatt on a straight raw protein diet with raw goats milk and a bone broth protocol for 3 months. Wyatt is now transitioned to a full detailed raw diet and is thriving and gained all his weight back. Not only is Carol knowledgeable she also is very kind, compassionate and always took all my phone calls.”
“I had never been to Holistic For Pets until just recently. What a fantastic store!! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to provide numerous options for my dog with food allergies and even provided multiple samples for me to take home and try. “Stopped at the Pollo Tropical in the area. The restaurant was clean and the staff were attentive and nice. We ordered our food and received it within a couple of minutes. The food was outstanding. They keep their flavor consistent. Never had an issue with the franchise when we order food from them because it has always been very good.”

“Great shop, the guys there were friendly and really knowledgeable. I came for a new test kit since mine expired and they had one available for me right away. I got a clown fish as well to pair with mine that lost their mate in a move and they somehow look identical and are already swimming together! They have tons of nice coral too!”
“Our first experience with Pawsh in Sarasota, I had a hard time with other groomers that are able to work with my random schedule, and they were so excellent and were able to fit us in today for a bath and nail cut/trim. The staff was kind and gentle with Atticus and even let me know of some good tools for grooming at home. Recommended to have another nail trim in a few weeks to get his nails under control. Such a great experience. Atticus looked and smelled great. We couldn't be happier with our choice to choose Pawsh Boutique. Thank you so much.”
“We are so very thankful for Driftwood Kennels! The owner, Rita, and staff Danielle and Meghan are AMAZING! They truly love animals and have a special way with them. We are confident our pups are well taken care of while they are there. It is so cool to arrive and have the staff actually kneel down to greet our pups and for the pups to run happily up to see them.A special thanks to Danielle who went out of her way in helping ease our anxiety of having to leave our new young puppy for the first time. He did awesome ( we knew he was in great hands) and his siblings once again had a great stay!”

“Wonderful grooming salon! They really care about your dog. The receptionist is so nice & told me they give the dogs spring water to drink while they're there. They've been in business for 17 years. And they did a fantastic job with a blow out for our beautiful, male Goberian (golden retriever & husky). We highly recommend this business!”

“Best grooming my schnoodle has had in years! Sarah did a fantastic job and listened to all my requests - short on face, keep body a little longer and go as short as possible on nails. We just moved to the area and so happy we found Sarah and Top Dog on our first try. Will definitely be going back!”

“The owner helped us to pick out some fish that are great for starting out. The shop has so much to check out and supporting local shops always feels better. I don’t know a lot about fish, yet, but their costs seemed reasonable. Their fish food and decor is definitely reasonable. They have a lot of salt water options and a good amount of freshwater options available to buyers. Def think it’s worth a stop in.”

“Bee Ridge Pet Supermarket assistant manager Ivy was beyond helpful! She called a customer support number to help me with my card after so many different attempts with my gift card. She could have easily had me go away and call, but she knew it was a pain and called for me right then and there!
I had an issue with the branch in Venice, and swore after the gift card was used, I wouldn’t return. Ivy has changed my mind. This was top notch customer service! She apologized for it taking so long! Her coworker/employee had a lovely demeanor and seemed very helpful as well. I believe her name started with “Y”. Thank you again!”
“My favorite Tractor Supply location. I'm a fan of Tractor Supply in general, it is our go to for chicks, chicken supplies, hunting supplies, etc. While I have never had a bad TSC experience, this store always seems to go above and beyond. Karen and Kevin are always amazing. I have dealt with them in person and over the phone a handful of times and they are always wonderful! Really all of the staff there is amazing. Always friendly and extremely helpful. Highly suggest it!”
