“I would NEVER recommend using the Contract Station on 1244 Jacaranda Blvd The person that runs it is extremely rude and doesn't want the customers to pickup Priority Mail envelopes This actual Post Office is a much better choice!!!”

“So, I came for the post office but left with so much more. Susan is an awesome member of their staff. When I came in she was super helpful and when I called weeks later she answered the phone and responded to my inquiry in the same pleasant manner. This place is also one of the last private owned children stores and they make custom uniforms. I’ll be back - check them out!”
“Am seeing some low reviews for this location but that was not my experience at all. I was staying at Myakka State Park campground and a package I was waiting for got delayed and was going to arrive too late for me to wait for it there (tracking said it would arrive by 9pm), so I called the dist center and they told me it would first go to this location. That's where Kenny gave me outstanding customer service. He took my tracking number and cell phone and intercepted the package in the morning. Then he called me and said he had it in hand. I was able to pick it up at 10am and continue my journey without delay. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you Kenny!”

“I was a little nervous going into a passport appointment at the post office, half-expecting a bureaucratic headache. What I got instead was the complete opposite! The gentleman who assisted me (white hair, blue eyes — wish I'd caught his name) was an absolute pro. He clearly knew the process inside and out, kept everything moving efficiently, and stayed completely calm even as the line ebbed and flowed. What I feared might be a nightmare turned into one of the quickest, smoothest transactions I could have hoped for. This branch is very lucky to have this guy on the team!”
“Great Store and Great Post office. Was shipping some Christmas Cookies and they were so helpful. Helped me find a box , bubble wrap and even taped it up. Also noticed that I left the apartment number off of my address label. So glad this store is here in Venice. Two thumbs up!”
