“I had some issues with my transmission slipping a little. I had went to another place I caught lying to me about what needed to be done after they said they changed my fluid. I then started searching for an honest mechanic. What I 1st found was a bunch that charged an outrageous inspection fee from $150 to over $250. I was discouraged until a friend recommended CMC. From the very beginning they were up front and honest and their inspection fee was very reasonable to diagnose my problem. After their diagnoses they explained what my problem was and gave me a price that was fair to fix it. They kept me updated the entire process. My car now runs great. They fixed the issue before it cost me my Transmission. Water was leaking into my transmission from the transmission cooler and filter. Now it is running great thanks to Jason and his team at CMC Automotive. They got a customer for life and I'll refer them any chance I get. They have honesty and integrity, two things that are hard to find these days.”

When I drove into the service department, a young man named Brian greeted me warmly and with a big smile. He took my car keys and directed me to Mark, the service maintenance representative. He entered my information into the system, and I entered the customer waiting area. It's very nice. There were different areas where you could sit and wait. I decided to sit in the showroom and listen to music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and today.
Furthermore, not a single salesperson tried to strike up a conversation with me in an attempt to sell you a car or exchange your old one for a new one. That was definitely a huge plus!
I had been sitting in the waiting room for nearly 3 hours before venturing out to ask Mark about my car. He turned to me and said he was waiting for a response from me on some issues that required my permission. He said he sent me an email and a text.
Unfortunately, my phone died. However, he knew I was in the waiting area, so why not come and tell me?
That irritated me, but I'm not one to quibble. I gave my permission to take care of the problems, and I met with Jerry Figueroa, the service manager, to compliment the facility, and ask if I could use the coupon for both the oil change and the brakes on the same day. Mr.
Figueroa graciously gave me the oil change on the house while allowing me to use the brake coupon. He's a very pleasant gentleman with a friendly smile.
Without a doubt, I'll return to finish more work. I don't hear that annoying squeak when I brake, and my car drives like a dream. The auto technician did a fantastic job, and I appreciate that. In fact, I'll be visiting Coggin DeLand Honda as soon as I make the decision to buy a new vehicle.”

On February 3rd 2023 I brought my Subaru to the dealership because of a recall notice I got in the mail. The part in question was replaced by the service department in a very timely manner. I was very satisfied with this dealership. I have been going to this dealership for many years and I have never been disappointed with the sales or service departments.
04-25-23. Today I purchased my 4th Subaru from Subaru North Orlando. I can’t say enough about how professional all Subaru employees are and it was a pleasure to purchase my 4th Subaru from this dealership. Keep up the great work Subaru North Orlando!!!
On oct. 3rd 23 I brought my 2023 Ascent in for its first service. I was totally impressed and very satisfied with how quickly my Ascent was serviced. I was in and out of the service department within 30 minutes which was outstanding!! I would recommend this Subaru dealership and service department to everyone.
Today (10-24-24) I brought my 2023 Ascent to the North Orlando Subaru dealership for service. Again I was very impressed on how fast my service was completed. I have always been very satisfied using this dealership which is why I continue to go back. I will always use this dealership for any future service or sale needs.
On 4-25-25 I had my 2023 Ascent serviced at North Orlando Subaru and again I was very satisfied. Even though it was busy there I was in and out in less than an hour. I continue to go back to this dealership because they always do a great job. ?
On 11-16-25 I tried to start my Ascent and discovered that my battery was dead. Being it was Sunday I knew the service department was closed so I talked with salesman Jordan who gave me some great advice on unlocking my vehicle. I had a battery charger I charged the battery enough to start the engine. On 11-17-25 I went to my Subaru dealer and met service specialist Jason who checked out the battery and said it was a bad battery and replaced it with a new battery. I give 5 stars to both men because they were extremely helpful. Thank you both!!!!”

“I traded in my husky 701 in for a KTM 690 SMC R last April. My mechanic had a friend that worked there I never dealt with them before. Not too long after the salesman moved on to a different dealer. The old manager never gave me any sort of attention or replied to my emails. I had a problem with my 690 and I just had to give them one more chance and I’m glad that I did because they have a new manager. If you had any bad experiences with them in the past, give them another chance they’re really top-notch now! They went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot my problem with my bike overheating. Ben the manager kept in touch with me and oversaw the repair and was always quick to get back to me. Mark from the beginning to the end was nice, professional, and easy to talk to and got stuff done. Mark, the service manager was great at everything! So if you remember nothing about this review, just remember they’re a great dealer and they’ll give you the attention that you deserve! “Highly recommend. My vehicle was mistakenly towed from my apartment complex and the driver went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was towed back the same day. He communicated well and it took him no more than 3 minutes to get my car unloaded from the truck and back to the spot once he got here. Unfortunately, I saw a negative review from one of my neighbors that he blocked their spot while offloading the car but there would’ve been no way for him to return the car to the same spot without backing in to a neighboring spot for a few minutes. No one was trying to get out or asked to leave during the time he was unloading the car, I was standing right there.
