“Fantastic customer service! I came up to Skip’s after trying to find and fit my first pair of slip in boots on my own at other stores. On my first visit rather than just directing me to the boot area for me to browse on my own, Skylar came over and was fantastic in helping me find a pair that fit my needs and fit right. 10/10! I later returned as I was interested in purchasing a Cowboy Hat and just like before Syd came over with me to the hat selection and helped me find the correct fit and style that I liked. 10/10 again!
