“I liked that I was able to pick the vehicle. There were 2 that I opened the door to and need deep cleaning on the cloth seat. Went to 1 I ultimately rented and was cleaner than a pin. The car was exceptional and the rental process was too. On the front side I would like to recognize a lady named Regina. She was so friendly and explained everything clearly even taking me out to the lot pointing which lines I could choose from. The checkout lady upon exit of the lot was great too although I wasn't able to remember her name. On the return a wonderful lady was checking me in and was over the top. Her name was Shay. She has a great sense of humor and seemed to be happy with her job, and definitely was a people person. I own my own business and would definitely hire Shay! Alamo definitely has some great employees here!”
“Fantastic experience and reasonably priced. They walked me through every step of the process and laid out all my options. The estimate included all possible repairs but they only charged me for the parts and labor needed.
High quality repairs, very informative throughout, and they had excellent recommendations for mechanics to take care of issues outside their expertise.

“On January 31, 2026 my husband and I opted to rent a vehicle at this Enterprise location. Our flight from Sanford to Asheville had been canceled due to inclement weather. We were greeted promptly by Franusca and explained our situation to her. We inquiried about a one way rental. We were impressed, first that Franusca listened intentively to what we needed. Second, Franusca was both personable and professional. During the process of the rental agreement, she noted that we both shared the same birthday....what are the chances...I might add, One way rentals and returns are usually a difficult process but not this time. Once our paperwork was submitted,
we headed outdoors to choose our vehicle (Pacifica Minivan;). There were 4 adults/4 large pieces of luggage/4 over stuffed backpacks. We were extremely pleased with the cargo room the minivan offered. We dropped our vehicle off 13 hours later, at the Enterprise return, at our local airport. The communication with Enterprise in Sanford via text, was an added perk. Our bill arrived via email several days later and was significantly higher than we had anticipated. I called the 1-800 Enterprise number...the only negative to the experience. I like to talk to someone quickly, not go through prompt after prompt. I did finally reach a representative (Mia/Natasha) who submitted the discrepancy to the Sanford location via email. Within 24 hours, I received a telephone call from the MGM, Pierson and the issue was resolved. We were charged only for one day, as the initial rental was for 2 days, due to the unpredictable, inclement weather. We were extremely pleased with the service we received during this process. We also had the opportunity to meet and speak with Pierson during our initial visit in Sanford. These two people, went above and beyond, to assist us during a stressful situation. We would most certainly use this facility again and would highly recommend both of them for rentals. Top notch service! Extremely impressed and satisfied!”

“My recent escapade with Car Rental Orlando Executive Airport was another one for the books! You know, like those books you don't mind reading over and over again. The ride was so clean, it could've passed for a germaphobe's dream home. And get this, I got a call from them the next day, probably checking if the car and I were now best buds.Now, dropping off the ride after hours was smoother than a buttered slide. I even got a follow-up call the next day – they were so concerned about my experience that they practically adopted me. They also gave me a heads-up on my funds doing the hula dance back into my account. All in all, if car rentals were an Olympic sport, they would be winning gold in customer satisfaction! “I must have caught them in a bad day after my bad day. I was hit by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel. I had a reservation through my car insurance and was trying to get ahold of them to get a car. The phone rang and rang and rang no one picked up. Tried again today and success. Rex and the team were great and made everything easy as pie. Stress is high when you lose a vehicle for any reason. Once we got going this process was quick and easy.

“Honestly. It was a first time renting a vehicle and I’m thankful I picked Avis. Specifically this location. It was a very soft experience renting. Not too much of a hassle. Located the vehicle and it was in magnificent condition. I purchased the elite package vehicle and was greeted with a 2024 CX90 Mazda. Went from Orlando to Blairsville Georgia with EASE. Smooth ride. Great vehicle with alert systems letting the driver know about traffic, weather conditions, etc. Beautiful sunroof was included to ensure a beautiful view for passengers of downtown ATL. It was an overall great experience. No hidden fees. If I ever need another rental, I will ensure my business is sent to Avis. Thank you for providing a safe, clean vehicle and wonderful experience.”

“I had to rent a vehicle while my car was at AutoNation Collision (Oviedo) being repaired. Loved the fact the rental office was co-located with the auto body repair shop! The two Enterprise employees who helped me at check-in (?) and Return (Herzen Vallejo) were super nice and helpful. I had to extend my rental over the phone an extra day because my car would not be ready the day the rental was due back. It was so easy to schedule the extension over the phone. Thank you Enterprise for the great service.”
