Discount Stores in Oviedo, FL

“HD Wholesale sells the same things as Costco or Sam's Club but for like 40% less. Sometimes they are open box and returns, but plenty of times it's just overstocked inventory. Their selection changes often because of different shipments so it is worth going by often to see the new things. They are pretty active on Facebook so you can usually see when a new shipment has come in. We walked in to buy a couch, found a Costco model couch at a great price, and have already come back multiple times to buy random kitchen appliances and clothes. I'll definitely be back!”

“This is one of the biggest five below stores I have been too. They even have the 5 beyond area. The store is nicely organized and has some great decor for the holidays. There is a good selection of clothing from soft pjs to beach wear. The employees welcome you when coming in and there's usually one by the registers incase you need help with your transaction. Some items you can get cheaper at other stores but you can find some pretty good deals herenas well. If you're in the area I would recommend checking them out.”

“The manager at this location, Daniel, is awesome! He really cares about customers. I called to ask if I should come in and buy balloons ahead of time and then bring them back the next morning at 8 am to get the helium put in ( I needed them for a birthday the next day). He said come in and pick them out ahead of time and then leave with him and he would have it ready first thing in the morning because he would be there. He did exactly as promised and the balloon bouquet was amazing!!! Love that this location is open at 8 am. Unfortunately at some of the other nearby locations only open at 9 am and when I have needed balloons, after checking out and paying for them there is often a long wait while the employees continue to ring up other customers and only put the helium in my balloons when the line is finished. I’ve sometimes had to wait 20-30 minutes after paying for balloons. Not at Daniel’s location!”

“I go in several times per week… Employees seem over worked and understaffed all the time when I go in. Store Associate Ian S. is always polite and eager to help.”

“Brian was such a wonderful help! He helped me find everything I needed and had so much patience! I was gathering items to create goodie bags for the homeless so cleaned out dollar general completely. He was so helpful in helping me find my items and checking out the madness! He’s a keeper!”
