“I’ve been shopping at the Publix at University Palms shopping center for a couple of years. This is my go to grocery shopping spot when in the area. This store is fully stocked with anything you may need and cashiers are attentive & courteous with the customers. Today my cashier was Sydney L (6246, 0104, 159) I checked out at 2:37pm 3/25/2016. She was ignoring me( not acknowledging me) me when I rolled up to her with my cart trying to let her know I had a 24 water case at the bottom of my cart. The bagger had to talk to her for me & she didn’t acknowledge him either. He had to repeat himself at the end of her scanning my groceries to make sure she charged the water case and she only said ahum to him. I don’t know if she’s just having an off day, maybe upset with the bagger or just needs training. Just wanted to give feedback to her store manager Jenny Falk.”
“The store is always nice and clean, and the staff and associates are always so kind! The selection is amazing and theres always someone there to help. The workers in the deli are always so nice, the young man that works there named Anthony always helps me every time I come in and always has a smile on his face and treats me like Im another human and asks how my says been. Its hard to find that nowadays. The meat and produce section are always filled. The milk section is occasionally out of stock but a quick mention to an associate and they will grab one from the back. 😊”
“I've been going here since I moved to the area in mid 2025. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I also like that you can get a hold of a human on the phone instead of being stuck in an automated system forever. The prices are also competitive and they always offer to apply coupons on things that aren't covered by insurance.”

“Hugh store...easy to get turned around. The workers in the aisles were very friendly and helpful. I'm standing in the middle and my head is swerving around. Suddenly there was a Walmart blue jacket asking if she could help. Which way is out? I asked. She laughed and said follow me. She led me to the front of the store, waved goodbye and I checked out! Amazing!!”

“Everyone who works here is not only professional and efficient, but always provide me with a level of human understanding and care that is so rare.
From the technicians, John and Rodriguez (I hope I got the spelling right) to the pharmacists themselves, they have always gone above and beyond to make sure my family has their medication. Especially my sons asthma meds.
I've never had to wait in line for more than a few minutes, and they've handled things like making sure my insurance covers the medication, and helping to get generic formulations of the brand name wasn't covered.
Keep up the great work Pharmacy team, I and my whole family appreciate you more than this review could ever express
