Dollar General Oviedo is located on the corner of McCullough Road and North Tanner Road. It is a newer location, seen as a great addition to the area near new homes and the University of Central Florida. The store offers everyday essentials at affordable prices, including food, snacks, health and beauty aids, cleaning supplies, basic apparel, housewares, seasonal items, and paper products from trusted brands and its own private brands. This location also sells alcohol and tobacco, and customers can save more with the myDG program. Customer service experiences vary. One customer received amazing service from a helpful employee who informed them of a BOGO sale, making them eager to return. Another customer praised a specific pleasant and helpful employee. However, another employee was criticized for profiling kids and asking customers to watch others, which was called awful and deterred that customer from visiting when that employee is present. The store has the usual items, with some being a good value and others not worth the perceived savings, leaving it to customers to decide what is worth it. Overall, it is a four-star location.

I came into this store on Tuesday, April 4th around 4:30pm and was so happy with the customer service I received from the gentlemen that was working. I unfortunately didn't get his name. Not only did I get amazing customer service but he also mentioned a BOGO sale that was going on. Will definitely be returning.
