“I wanted to recognize Ryan in the tech department. He went the extra mile to help me with my I phone. I thought it was my charger cord. He took the time to look at the phone and identify a problem the cord socket and recommended a place to fix my phone. I did not need to buy a new, but I did anyway because of his great service.”
“I came to the store earlier today on my e-bike. I locked my bike up and went in and did my shopping. When I came back out, my very small (and somewhat flimsy) bike lock was unlocked, and there was a big meaty Kryptonite lock on my bike instead. I was confused so I went in and asked customer service if they could help. It turns out that there has been a theft or two of e-bikes previously, and the store manager was doing the best they could to try and help prevent this moving forward. The team member cheerfully came out and unlocked my bike and I went on my way.
Just wanted to share this, as I thought it was a pretty cool and conscientious thing to do in the interest of helping your customers. Good on you, Target!”
