“Fantastic Experience at Havertys in Kissimmee!
This was my first official visit to the Orlando/Kissimmee Havertys location, but I’ve been a lifelong Havertys customer going all the way back to Memphis. After this visit, I was reminded exactly why I’ve continued coming back over the years.
What impressed me most was the relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. We walked through the doors and were actually given time to look around without being immediately approached or followed by an overly eager salesperson. That alone was refreshing!
After a few minutes, the assistant manager came over simply to welcome us and say hello. No sales pitch, no pressure. She then let us continue exploring on our own. A little later, our sales associate, Angie, stopped by to check in with us, and she did exactly the same thing: made herself available and then gave us space.
We ended up spending nearly two hours looking around the showroom before we were ready to talk with Angie. When we were, she was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all of our questions.
The entire experience was night and day compared with a recent visit we had to Ashley Furniture. Sometimes great customer service means knowing when to help and, just as importantly, knowing when to give customers room to shop. The team at Havertys absolutely understands that balance.
We left feeling valued rather than pressured, and that's exactly how furniture shopping should be.

The lady who runs it, Tessa, greets you like family! She's friendly, helpful, and never pushy. She knows her stuff and makes sure you find something you love. Prices are reasonable, and they even offer delivery. If you don’t see the exact color you want, they’ve got a catalog with plenty of options.
It’s one of those spots that doesn’t look like much but ends up being a great find with warm, welcoming staff. It's definitely worth checking out!”

“OK, so I recently got a home and I’m in the process of decorating it and it’s been a blast! I’ve driven past the store Kirklands 1 million times as I frequent The Loop and The Crosslands. When it comes to this store, I’ve only popped in and out for short visits, however today I was greeted by Katie, the store manager who was so Warm and inviting that I decided to give the store a longer chance and take a good look around. What a pleasant surprise! This store stands out amongst the home decor stores as absolutely superior and to top it all off Mia, a sales associate inside the store, was so helpful and sweet and talkative that it really got my creative juices flowing and I ended up spending about four times more than what I wanted to spend in there however it was the best money I’ve spent this entire time Decorating the home. The prices were great and though some price tags were intimidating, upon checking out the Sales and discounts piled up and made the trip more than affordable. Such a value!! Skip Ross and Home Goods and check out Kirkland’s first!!! Every piece was quality, every frame was unique, the color combinations were clean and crisp and I believe my home will look like something in a Martha Stewart catalog! The icing on the cake is being invited to pull my car around back to pick up everything I purchased so that my baby wouldn’t have to be out in the cold as I loaded them into the car myself in the parking lot.I am so excited to rush home and hang everything and set everything up and it’s all thanks to Mia and Katie, the dynamic duo of Kirkland‘s at The Crosslands in Kissimmee!”
