Mike(owner) is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, genuinely cares about his customers, and takes pride in helping people find the right mattress, with absolutely no desire to upsell if it’s not in the customers best interest. He goes above and beyond to help find the best deal, offering different options and combinations to make sure I got the most value for my money, as well as financing options.

For example: when I narrowed it down to two mattresses and told him I couldn’t decide, he actually suggested going with the less expensive one I really couldn’t feel a big difference, just to save some money. That says everything about the kind of business owner he is.

He’s even willing to come in early or stay later to accommodate his customers’ schedules, which is something you just don’t see often anymore.

Lastly… huge kudos to Mike for doing a much better job than I did at remembering which mattresses I liked and which ones I didn’t!”

“I walked in without an appointment in hopes of finding a mattress for my rv. Noah greeted my son and I immediately. I told him the dimensions of my special sized mattress, and he took me to my options. He was patient while I sat and laid on all my options multiple times. Did not pressure me into a certain one at all, unlike other places have done to me recently. He was kind to my young son who was also testing out the mattresses(sorry). His options were great. I found a winner. Prices cannot be beat for the quality of his mattresses compared to other places, and believe me, I have been looking for a mattress for quite awhile and I haven’t found anything in my budget that is this nice of quality until I walked into this store. “I just purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress set from Gabe at Mattress Warehouse and it was a great experience. My wife and I visited the store about a month ago and Gabe spent a lot of time walking us through the different types of mattresses and explaining the pros and cons of them. Of course we did some comparison shopping at some of the big stores but ended up back here because of Gabe’s thoroughness. We did a little more sleep testing and finalized on the Tempur-Pedic. “We first purchased an Original Mattress from this store in 2015. The store and staff are incredibly friendly and are the complete opposite of what that commission based sales and pushy experience at other mattress stores. So when we needed a new mattress a few months ago we went back to this same store without any hesitation. Melanie, the sales associate, was still there 11 years later and was wonderful to work with again.

Our first mattress was an Ortho Super Pillow top and it was incredible. 11 years later and the mattress was still fantastic, but we needed something more firm. So we came back and tried the slightly more firm version of the same mattress, but eventually settled on the Opulence memory foam mattress.

While being more expensive than a traditional inner spring mattress, we feel it’s incredibly worth it. It’s been almost 5 months since we got the Opulence and we have zero complaints. The support on your body is amazing and the lack of movement when your partner moves makes for the best sleep. We are both sleeping better than we ever did.

The only observation we have is there was a very slight foam smell for a few weeks when we first got it. But it was not offensive and disappeared pretty quickly.”

“Customer service like this doesn’t exist in most businesses, and especially big-box mattress stores. I knew nothing about mattresses and dreaded shopping. Mr. Richard quickly boiled down the choices without overwhelming me. Then he asked me a few questions about my preferences and sleep style; I answered briefly. He then said “I think you’ll like this one.” I climbed on and immediately loved it. For comparison he suggested I try other styles. Nothing compared to the first one. I asked how he could possibly point me to the best mattress after asking a few questions. He said, “Twenty years of mattress experience.” I was also shocked that the mattress was priced at less than half what I expected to pay. This is possible because he gets deals from the manufacturers and sells floor models. (He recommends trying the mattress rather than going by reviews, because people have differing tastes.) You probably won’t get a lifetime warranty, but you have 100 days to decide if you like the mattress, and if not, you get store credit for one of the many other models he offers. The price included TAXES and DELIVERY, which was anytime I wanted, including that evening. Richard delivered it and set it up himself. He was quick, courteous and friendly. Living Spaces shows that an experienced person can make shopping easy. I found my mattress online (where you can’t try them) for more than $1,000 more. I am not in any way connected to this business or Richard himself. I just dive into my bed at night comfortable and thrilled with my purchase.”
