“I have had trouble over the years with blood draws. Often, I am stuck multiple times and sometimes even have to come back the next day because my veins were slipping. Needless to say, getting my blood drawn is usually an uncomfortable ordeal. I don’t know the woman’s name who helped me, but she was kind, professional, and stuck me fairly quickly!! She could tell I was feeling anxious about the whole situation and asked me questions/kept the conversation going to help me feel calm. I’ve decided that the technicians who draw blood for labs are actually undercover therapists!! I really appreciate the woman who helped me and supported me. I’m sure there can be a lot of stress and hassle working in that kind of industry and I am grateful for the employee who was there for me when I was NOT optimistic about my blood draw. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!!!”
