“This was the BEST! experience my wife and I ever had at a Verizon store! We went shopping on Saturday July 5th 2025 for upgrades on our Samsung cell phones and purchased the newest Samsung S25 Ultra! We had the most wonderful representatives to help us from buying the phones and setting them up! They went so out of their way for us in everything we questioned and needed! I have to honestly say, we were never ever treated as phenomenal as we were that day by any other Verizon store that we dealt with in our past. I highly commend Maria Sanchez and Antonio Halabi for their outstanding patience, and knowledge in every regard of this transaction, including their professionalism, friendliness and respect in all regards of this purchase. They didn't miss a thing, and best of all they did everything with a smile, never a frown! They were just absolutely beautiful people! I wouldn't go anywhere else but there at this location for all my Verizon and cell phone needs!
