Pet Supermarket is a friendly and clean store with good prices. The staff is consistently kind, helpful, and amazingly nice, often going above and beyond for customers. They provide great service with complete care and are very informative and patient. The store has a good selection of aquatic pets in good health, with clear care shown in their displays. Many customers report it as their number one pet store to go to and gladly shop there again and again. The locations also feature little animal friends to say hello to, adding to the positive experience.
I have never been in a Pet Supermarket. The young lady working; Alex (I believe was her name). She was AWESOME! Customer service was 11, knowledgeable, friendly and carried a smile the whole time, and with any customer service, retail job, we know that is not an always. Kudos

Alex and all the workers are really helpful and friendly! We bought a cute bunny here named Coconut and we come by a lot to see the other cool pets and critters!
