“Daisy did such a good job grooming our puppy today. She had lots and lots of hair and Daisy listened to our requests and groomed our Aussie Doodle just like we requested. She was done in 1 1/2 hour, and did not seem stressed. We were able to get our appointment quickly. We will be returning!Izzie was groomed today by Ruth and she looks beautiful. She did not seem stressed and received two treats as we left. We love this family owned business in our neighborhood. I love that we don’t have to wait a long time to get an appointment. We will return soon.”

“This groomer came highly recommended to me, and I drive completely out of my way every month to get my dogs nails and paws trimmed here. The service and staff is absolutely amazing! My dog hates having her paws dealt with and over time with the patience of the loving groomers she is getting so much better! The time spent explaining things I had questions about and the love and concern for your dog shines through here. They treat your animal with kindness and respect and it shows. Plus, they’ll mark down items that are close to expiring so you can save more.The workers are always super friendly and helpful. They’ll call if you forget an item, they offer curbside pickup, and they’ll go the extra mile to help you apply coupons and reward points.”

“The Groomers are friendly, caring, and do an excellent job. PetSmart prohibits tipping the Groomers when you check out and pay for the service with a credit card. If you want to show appreciation for a job well done by the Groomers, you better have cash. Very poor policy by PetSmart.”

“My daughters and I drove from Winter Garden to take a look at a rescue cat up for adoption. Candy's Cats Rescue has an area within the store that showcases cats that are in need of a forever home. The staff at Pet Supermarket step in and do an incredible job assisting with the process. They were so sweet and obviously love animals. Their participation elevated and personalized the experience. Once my daughter decided to go ahead with the adoption a staff member helped us collect all of the items that she needed to purchase for the new addition to the family. The store was well stocked with many variations to choose from. It was clean and organized.”
