“Honestly this is the only pet store around that takes good care of their animals, you can tell that the employees are educated with the care of their animals, this is the only store with appropriate space to pet ratio, doesn’t cramp 4+ guinea pigs on less than 2ft square and has the store and enclosures smelling and looking clean, i will keep coming here compared to any other pet supermarket, petco or petsmart in the area”
“I am simply giving a 5 star rating for the person me & my wife had the pleasure of meeting & having train our family pup, Nala.
She is fantastic, great teaching ability, so passionate, & yet so kind & tactful with us, her clients. Her professionalism meets the standard of someone much older and experienced yet, she is younger than I am (I’m 26). She is presenting information to us, straight to us & not glancing at her notes 24/7. She knows her stuff so well but sadly, she will be leaving for reasons I’m sure are very understandable/reasonable. Petsmart do what y’all can to keep her but if not, this is another personal thank you for all the help Ms Mari!

“Brittany groomed my Australian Shepard and she did a phenomenal job. My dog can be a little anxious and worrisome and Brittany is so patient and kind with her. She cleaned up her wispys and deshedded her really well while still maintaining the Aussie look. I HIGHLY recommend any pup or kitty owner with Brittany! Petsmart is lucky to have Brittany ! :) Thank you!!!
I would also like to recommend Sam in the fish department. She saw me looking at all the fish and asked me if I needed any help. I told her about my current aquarium set up and she gave me a good run down of the type of fish that would be best for my tank, what heater I would need for my larger tank, and she also recommended what filter I would need. She was so kind to share all this knowledge! Thank you!”

“My pup Murphy saw Taylor in St. Petersburg’s woofgang (sunshine) location for a few years. He’s no walk in the park but she’s incredibly patient, kind, and somehow managed to win over my very dramatic dog. He always left her care looking and smelling amazing. She also managed to save his coat after he was super matted from a beach trip. She’s a miracle worker. We have taken him to 2 other places prior and they did not compare.
My only complaint? She moved away! Taylor set the bar very high. If she ever comes back, we’re first in line. Take care of her Oviedo, we will truly miss her!”
