“Shellie’s has been our biggest blessing over the last 4+ years. We came to Shellie’s for the first time after adopting our 5yo Great Pyrenees; he had some baggage/trust issues and it certainly had been a LONG time since his last bath/groom… The team at Shellie’s exuded patience and love for our big guy from the very start; we were able to develop a plan for regular visits (even if just a quick wash) to help him acclimate to regular grooming sessions. They never rushed a service with him (the initial took 6hrs, but his later were down to 1.5hrs, keeping the same groomer each time) they kept him comfortable and loved from the get-go. We tragically and unexpectedly lost our sweet Bud this April to Bloat, the whole team shared love and sweet words about our boy. Flash forward to today… we rescued another dog (1/2 Anatolian and 1/2 GP mix). I woke up to him having gotten sick in his crate and “biological waste” covering some of his fur.. tack on that I have a toddler, and this morning just felt like the day was DOOMED before it started. Along came Shellie’s to the rescue! I desperately texted to see if they had any same-day appointments for a bath… she promptly responded, was patient with the timing of me getting him there (we had to take a walk.. no way he was getting in the car like that), and kept him for long enough to allow me to clean out the crate/house before needing to pick him up. The team at Shellie’s is professional, consistent, and always looking out for their client’s health/wellbeing! Look no further than here for a groomer, they are the best around!”

“Wouldn’t go anywhere else. This team has loved on and cleaned my 13-year-old labradoodle for many years and always done an excellent job. They go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable - both emotionally and physically, & have earned both our trust. 🥰 And being greeted by the front porch cat is added charm.”

“The guy who helped me out was very friendly, although they didn't have the product I came there for he helped me find a different one. And while I was on the phone with my husband he started playing catch with my sons with a doggie tennis ball and it was really cute. The animals that seem to be in healthy condition and you don't get that weird pet shop smell when you walk in.”

“My daughters and I drove from Winter Garden to take a look at a rescue cat up for adoption. Candy's Cats Rescue has an area within the store that showcases cats that are in need of a forever home. The staff at Pet Supermarket step in and do an incredible job assisting with the process. They were so sweet and obviously love animals. Their participation elevated and personalized the experience. Once my daughter decided to go ahead with the adoption a staff member helped us collect all of the items that she needed to purchase for the new addition to the family. The store was well stocked with many variations to choose from. It was clean and organized.”

“Brittany groomed my Australian Shepard and she did a phenomenal job. My dog can be a little anxious and worrisome and Brittany is so patient and kind with her. She cleaned up her wispys and deshedded her really well while still maintaining the Aussie look. I HIGHLY recommend any pup or kitty owner with Brittany! Petsmart is lucky to have Brittany ! :) Thank you!!! I would also like to recommend Sam in the fish department. She saw me looking at all the fish and asked me if I needed any help. I told her about my current aquarium set up and she gave me a good run down of the type of fish that would be best for my tank, what heater I would need for my larger tank, and she also recommended what filter I would need. She was so kind to share all this knowledge! Thank you!”
