4495 Chumuckla Hwy, PaceLet me start by saying that I will be back here. There's nothing like this anywhere close by. That said, it's a little pricey for Pace and for the quality of the tapas. We had the tenderloin tips with chimichurry and while the flavor was good, it was not cooked right. It was a little watery. Also had the bbq shrimp wrapped in bacon. That was excellent. But 6 shrimp for $18 is a bit much. The pesto feta dip was mostly feta dip, not much pesto. The Brussel sprouts were very good. Our server Sam is very engaged and made the visit very positive. You need to give her a raise. Drinks were also very good and trendy. I will say the chocolate Blackberry Bread pudding is the best dessert I've had in a long time even if it needed more chocolate. Like I said, we will be back and we will enjoy it but I hope they kick up the quality of the food a bit to make up for the prices. All said, good job Pace!
