It's busy for sure and I did join the waitlist almost an hour before we went being that it had an hour wait. It was a one and done for all of us. The service and atmosphere are fantastic and I would likely go back to have a drink or two and sit outside.

5 Via De Luna Dr unit b, Pensacola BeachFour of us went to The Ice Cream Shoppe, all got different flavors, and ALL said this was the best ice cream we've ever had! The servers are so sweet and kind. We also have a severe egg allergy, and when we mentioned that they went through the whole protocol with checking ingredients, new gloves, changed out serving utensils, and got a fresh tub of ice cream from the back! I am so, so impressed and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The Grand Marlin

The Loved & Rubbed Salmon was cooked to perfection: a beautifully caramelized crust with a buttery, flaky center that practically melted with every bite. The Seared Red Snapper was every bit as impressive—fresh, delicate, and prepared with the confidence of a kitchen that knows not to overcomplicate exceptional seafood.
The cocktails were equally memorable. We had the Blackberry Mojito and an Espresso Martini, and both were balanced, refreshing, and expertly crafted. You can tell the bar takes as much pride in its drinks as the kitchen does its food.
Then came dessert. The TGM Signature Praline Basket absolutely lives up to the hype—crispy pecan praline filled with vanilla bean ice cream, caramel, chocolate, and fresh berries. It's one of those desserts you order once... then spend the next year thinking about. The Key Lime Pie was the perfect finish: light, creamy, and bright without being overly sweet.
Between the waterfront views, exceptional service, outstanding food, and unforgettable desserts, The Grand Marlin sets the standard. Five stars doesn't quite do it justice. We'll be back every time we're in Pensacola Beach.
