“I did not take any pictures as this was my first visit and I was so amazed with the quality of care I did not feel any pictures needed to be taken to show neglect. but I will definitely take some pictures. Next time I go in to show how many animals there are that are being cared for in a proper manner! I will 100% be back and try to only use them as my new go to pet store! All animals had proper husbandry and clean food/water. I have never seen so many animals being so well cared for all at once! Almost brought a tear to my eye to see a pet store that really cares.”
“Scare Spot is a great place to bring in the Halloween spirit and get your heart pumping I nearly soiled my britches when this jeepers creepers looking creature snatched me up and put me in a coffin and proceeded to nail in shut! At this point I done pooped pissed and throwed up all over myself and drowned to death in my own puke 🤮. I woke up on Cervantes in a dank smelling hotel bathtub missing several organs.”

“I had a great experience at reef scapes today. The manager of the store was super helpful with my questions and I will definitely be going back. They have a nice selection of corals, fish, and dry goods. What truly stood out was their customer service. They were responsive to all my queries and provided detailed explanations of their processes. Whether it was scheduling maintenance visits or offering advice on aquarium care, they were always available and willing to help.”
“Went to grooming department. 4 techs on duty. Walked in and was served immediately. Went for a nail trim on our chiweenie. All good. The building is also part of the et hospital. Very large retail floor. If you need it it is the place to go for your pet.”
“My daughter loves going here to visit with the pets we were actually looking into getting a puppy but after finding out the price they wanted im sure alot of those dogs go back... I've noticed after shopping at other places petland is more on the expensive side. The staff is amazing so helpful.”

“We did the beginner training with BeBe with our 11 month old Australian Cattle Dog ERSO. She learned a lot and listens to verbal and hand gesture commands, we are currently doing the intermediate class. This is where we also buy our dog food. The only thing I wish they carried more options for food with only beef in it. All other non chicken food still has some kind of chicken in it. Like chicken broth, chicken meal, and chicken by products. When you have a dog who is allergic to chicken.”
