“When I reserved my storage didn't realize that it was contactless until I went to pay. I've used that facility twice before so that was a little different. But very easy to use their kiosk. A few days later before I even took any belongings there your representative Chelsie called to make sure I hadn't had any problems. Asking if there were any questions I may have and reassured me that even though it was contactless that someone could be available on site if needed. She was very professional and courteous during our whole conversation. The only issue for me is that I work nights and 10 pm is to early to close access to the facility. But that's just my personal schedule. I think that this experience will be as great as my previous ones.Thank you”
