“Kind of disappointed,I bought a pair of boots in January and within a month they had a small hole in them, but it continued to get larger and now the whole toe is almost completely gone in April . At this rate I would have to spend $1000 a year to have decent work boots. Also had to switch out the soles they were hurting my feet so bad. I do landscaping, so I'm not gentle on boots but I had hoped to get more than 3 months out of a pair of boots”

“Got a pair of thorogoods from here recently. The sole quickly became detached from the left boot (clearly, manufacturers defect), so when I went to return them, I 1000% expected to be told I needed to go through the manufacturer... But no, the shoes were promptly replaced, and all is right in the world! But seriously, that kind of customer service just won safety shoes plus a lifetime customer in me! I can't recommend them enough!! 10 out of 5 stars!!”

One note about outside of store: the awning on the outside facing the parking lot is in need of some attention. If this store wants to portray an image of quality and class then I'd suggest to replace (or at least pressure wash) the awning.”
