The property management company makes living here a pleasure, and the office staff are kind, attentive, awesome, professional, and eager to help. The maintenance staff is fast and very punctual, with concerns often addressed the same day by knowledgeable professionals who resolve issues in one visit. Residents love it here, calling it a great place to live and a positive experience. The monthly rent price is reasonable. The location is nice, being close to the water and downtown Melbourne.
Luminary at 95 was my first apartment I had on my own in years. The staff is top tier and the management really care about there residents and go above and beyond. I highly recommend moving here. Fantastic location to live. Luminary at 95 is the best!
