“I’ve used their service several times in the past 8 months. Check-ins thru mobile device were very fast and convenient. Wait times were less than 5 minutes (with appointment, I don’t know about “walk-in”). The waiting room is small, but they offer to wait outside in your car (I did not use it, so I have no review of this feature). There’s a monitor showing the progress of appointments. It seems they appoint up to three patients for every 10 minutes block; hopefully they keep as is and don’t pack more patients, hence affecting the efficiency of appointments. I recommend it with appointments.
Quest Diagnostics also has a a nice patient portal to view your results and other features.”

“Went in for DOT physical. They had a question on a medication I take and a doctor's note concerning the med. I have to obtain the letter, fine. I am being charged additional just to return letter and finish paper work after already paying $140 for the service. Robbery, I say, and not fair.
I did go back with my note, different provider. She didn't need it, didn't know why I needed it. Was much better experience than the first.”
