“I check online for my purchases. This store is clean and brightly lit. My only complaint is they take hours to prepare an order for same day pickup, while advertising it is ready in an hour. My advice is to wait for the confirmation email before driving to the store.”

“This place is great! We needed a new fridge ASAP when ours suddenly died. And it wasn’t a planned expense or remodel, so we needed it to be as inexpensive as possible just two days after Christmas. We found a perfect one here that we could take home that same day for over $1000 less than the going price (for exact same model) at Best Buy/Lowe’s/Home Depot.The appliances here aren’t used. But they are out-of-box, sometimes with just minor cosmetic imperfections, for hundreds less than retail. They actually had 3 of the model we wanted in stock at varying price points based on their (seemed to me) level of “flaws.” I actually wanted the middlle-priced one. It had two TINY dings you could barely notice and I was fine with that. When my husband went back later that day, this time without me, with his truck, to buy it and pick it up, he decided he wanted to spend the extra $200 for the least flawed of the 3. He told me later, after he brought it home and I noticed the change, that the sweet (and super helpful!) saleswoman tried to talk him out of the switch and into the lower one. He said she said to him, “Your wife wanted this one,” meaning the less expensive one. She actually tried to talk him down, to no avail, but thank you for trying! Lol. She was also really excellent answering all of our questions while we were browsing, without being pushy, and she stayed late to help him get it loaded into the truck. And threw in some extra straps to make sure it was secure to get it home.In addition to refrigerators, they also have a great selection of name brand ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washer/dyers, etc. Definitely give them a look if you’re in the market.”

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”

Even if you do have an account they're 20% more than other vendors It's just corporate . They offer delivery on most orders over a certain dollar amount, Don't expect to get one piece of pipe delivered . If you're trying to buy Plumbing tools avoid the Raptor brand. Dollar for dollar it's uncomparable to Pasco and other manufacturers of identical better made products.”

The salesperson Micheal deserves a raise and a promotion. He is caring, customer friendly, and goes beyond the call of duty when assisting me with my account. Today marked my early buy-out date. Last week I spoke with Micheal to confirm the early buy-out date. He advised me. Then today reached out to me to remind me again, because he remembered our conversation last week, and knew I had planned on paying my account off in full by the deadline date. Who could ask for better customer service? The Customer Service here is top of the line. Everyone in the store are an amazing team!!!
