“I've been going here for a few months now and it's truly a hidden gem. From the outside it may not seem like much but once you walk in there, they have so much to offer. The prices are amazing and they have quality fruits and vegetables. They have a lot of other cool products that you won't find at regular stores.”
“They need to put microwaves at the exit after the cashiers so we can warm up our food ,like Whole Foods dose it .That's why they have the patio outside the store .I specifically mention the store on Military, but it could be useful in all stores .Let us enjoy your good food in our free time”
“Glenn in the meat department is a great addition to this location. He has been here for a few years now and has always been so helpful in whatever department that he's assigned in the store. He is professional, courteous, and always eager to help customers find whatever they need. He volunteers his assistance as opposed to avoiding eye contact and pretending like he doesn't see the customers. It's always a pleasure to see him working!”
“Clean store with plenty of bogo's in stock. Older store but it doesn't show, as itis very well maintained. Staff are very friendly. Careful in the parking lot as it is always busy and not everyone "notices" stop signs.”
“Publix Super Market at Alton Town Center has an excellent bakery, and we had a great experience working with them for our wedding cake. Everything turned out beautifully, and the cake looked and tasted amazing. The staff was helpful throughout the process and made everything easy and stress free. Based on our experience, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a high quality cake for a special occasion or event.”

“Great Publix that was "outdated" and currently closed. I hear the renovation is until next year. An update on this would be great, pretty sure all of us neighbors did the same thing and showed up to an Under Construction sign EDIT Spring of 2025 is the ETA for re-opening :/ Great location and a very efficient and friendly staff on deck at all times. There was an old Presto! machine outside and the old layout with terrazzo.”
“Places is absolutely spectacular with literally every option you could ever want. All of the meats are very high-quality services are Excellent. And lastly, the place itself is magnificent you get the look at the nice boats and the restaurant is right next to it. Good selection of liquor and amazing grocery spot. Overall a little expensive but totally worth it and just a cool place to check out highly recommended.”

Last week they filled a prescription immediately to help me before leaving town on a vacation.
They provide input when asked and also have a caring attitude.

“I love this pharmacy! We left a Publix pharmacy of 20 years that we loved, but this one in our new neighborhood is equally good. The techs and pharmacists are always willing to answer questions, whether we call or are in the store, and they are very professional yet friendly! We feel very comfortable there.”
“It's a great location but hit and miss in terms of stock. I am used to going to WFM where you can get all your groceries one shot and have good consistency in stocking shelves. This one doesn't seem to have a consistent stock for produce or other regular stock shelf items or frozen or milk items. The butcher section was not what I am used to from other WFM where they actually know how to cut meats or offer solutions for other cuts. Have to go other stores to complete groceries which is a shame as it's great location.”

“I absolutely love this Winn-Dixie. Clean store, very organized and the customer service is excellent. This store has a great store manager, he's always working and leading by example. He asks customers if they are finding everything they need. I don't get that anywhere not even Publix! Great weekly deals and clean parking lot.”
“Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.”
