“What a great choice I made to stay here! Beautifully appointed suites with fresh flowers ,assorted choc truffles and gourmet candy box to greet us. They must have a Michelin chef as I had the best Pecan crusted grouper with coconut lime sauce and fresh lobster and crab seafood club sandwich with truffle fries. All with ocean views and an aquarium bar to watch fish under your martinis as you drink .The buffet breakfast was a treat as well from farro to mushroom frittatas to choice of pastries to a personalized omelette station. Too bad we missed the big Sun brunch with added full seafood selection. Service was fantastic - very warm and welcoming. Definitely memorable experience and worth every penny.”

“This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. There is a bar in the lobby, also a hotel restaurant. There is an outdoor pool and a gym. I always enjoy my stay here.Rooms: The rooms have a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and TV. The bed was super comfortable and I loved how hot the shower gets.Walkability: Walkable to several restaurants and a shopping center.”

“The Tv in the bathroom is awesome! The food was great and the scenery is amazing. I enjoyed the refreshing water they gave us upon arrival. Don't forget to get your chocolate from the nice cleaning ladies. Bathroom's were clean. The valet was fast. Breakfast was so nice. Both the food was good but the room we ate in was better. Everywhere I looked was beautiful. The servers are friendly.”

“I always enjoy staying at this Hotel. The staff iare very welcoming. The covered outdoor seating areas are fantastic to enjoy the Florida weather. -1 star only because the road noise can be an issue at night occasionally . Most of the time it’s a quiet , comfortable spot with great staff.”

“I stayed at this hotel from Xmas to New Years and again for the Easter holiday weekend. It is very clean and modern and quiet. Beds are super comfortable and they have little kitchens in the rooms. Beautiful pool and gym area. Great location on the middle bridge over to Palm Beach island, highly recommend this hotel to anyone. They also offer extended stay units”

“Well maintained and managed facility. We have stayed in many Embassy Suites in numerous locations, this one is at the top. Have you ever ridden the elevator and noticed how dirty the windows were? You will be impressed with the cleanliness of the elevators here. That just sets the standard for the rest of the complex. Great opening statement for a wonderful experience and stay. “The rooms are old and outdated (and damp/somewhat musky) but have everything you need and are spacious. The hotel grounds are amazing, nicely kept with plenty to do. The pool area is very nice, we spent most of out time by it. Breakfast was above average for a hotel, which was a pleasant surprise, though their coffee was trash. You also get a 10% discout at three neighboring restaurants. We love the character and charm of this BW, it's older but we definitely recommend and would return for a future stay. Great location also!”

“My parents stay there when they come and we love it. Nice location. Nice pool. Close to restaurants shopping not far from 195. Good rates!Rooms: Big beds, pull out bed couch, small fridge, counter, and microwave. Small bathroom. Desk. Table. Overall nice place.... Best of all has a breakfast bar!Nearby activities: PGA shopping centers, carrabas across the street plus a gym, dollar tree, and big apples pizza.Safety: I think they have surveillance but please double check. I know they have cameras inside so probably definetly outside as well.Walkability: You can walk to where you need. Publix not far along with many other places.Food & drinks: Berry fresh cafe, la bamba, carrabas, big apple pizza and more.”

“I’m going through something extremely difficult. What im going through is a health issue waiting game to see if things work out. My mom took me here to get my mind off things. It was exactly what I needed. Every person I met was kind, genuinely looked happy to work there, and made things so special. And I mean EVERYONE. It felt like a warm environment. The rooms and scenery are just so beautiful. And my God the food is good. Some names that stand out are Pierre, Denise, Martha, Edwin, Abel, and the front desk staff. Thanks for everything- I’ll never forget you!”

“The place is very nice but at reception they bounced us off, saying they didn't have a place and that they were closing soon, with several free tables remaining a long time before closing.We still got a table and the food was good, but it is worth highlighting the excellent service and good disposition of the waiter Nathanael! Very very kind.It made up for the terrible service at reception.”
