“I rented a cargo van from this location earlier today, and felt compelled to leave a review. Reserved the van on the app, and by the time I got there the business was closed. The app kept crashing, and even though I had paid and received an email confirmation of my rental, the app didn’t show any reservation. Called the owner, and they talked me through it, gave me the combination to the key box, and couldn’t have been nicer. Absolutely wonderful customer service, and I couldn’t be happier about that. Would definitely recommend them, and the next time I need a truck, I will be sure to use this location.”

“It was easy once I figured out what to do. It’s definitely a do it yourself spot, completely mobile. I had to call a couple times with questions, once before pickup and once after drop off, but they were responsive and helpful. Even when they didn’t pick up, I was called back quickly. I hadn’t even left a voicemail. They also told me I could leave my vehicle there as long as it was out of the way (I had a pretty quick job to do). So convenient, especially if you don’t have someone else with you. The truck was very clean, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve rented elsewhere in the past and had a dirty truck so this was nice. All in all a very good experience. I actually prefer the mobile service now.”
