“It is a place where a buyer can find clothing, furniture, and novelty items. A mixture of florida centered goods. That are pleasing to the eye and easy on the pocketbook. A nice place for browsing and purchase with a variety of tastes.”

It was clean, had lots of variety too. I have to admit in the 7 days I was on vacation I went back to this store 4 times. Everytime I found a new piece of clothing to buy. Lol”
“Just left the Belk Outlet in Palm Coast and I have to share what a great experience it was!
I was there to return some shirts that I had purchased online at Belk.com (which you cannot do, anything purchased online or at a regular Belk store cannot be returned at the outlet store). The associate, Spencer, working at the checkout was the sweetest young man!
He was so kind when explaining the process, he looked up the address and phone number to the closest store where I could return my items. He also spent some time helping my husband look for a particular brand of shirt, when he discovered they didn’t have the shirts my husband was looking for, he went and found out where we could find them. On top of all that, I had accidentally left my phone at the checkout counter, he tracked us down inside the store to return it to me!
This was definitely one, if not the best experiences I have had at a retail store!!
Extra note: the store was immaculate!”

“Aside from shopping At Kohls, the make it so simple to return things to Amazon. I wish all Amazon vendors would offer kohls as a return option since UPS is so far out of the way for me.”
