“This place has been a staple of Palm Coast for as far back as I could remember(first visited 1986). I couldn't say if its the same owner all these years but if I remember correctly this place might have been PC version of Block Buster. Some one please Lmk if I'm correct and this place was where you went for your VHS movie rentals. If im correct im talking before Block Buster opened at Nw corner of FL Park and PC Pkwy. Anyway they've been around a long time, that only happens when you do things right correctly. Almost forgot something that I havnt noticed mentioned. For all you gamblers this place was where you got your Lotto, Power Ball all that shit. Scratch off also. Anyway, time and time again they had sold the winning ticket. If you won any substantial amount. You probably won it here.”

“Like many others, I go out of my way to purchase fuel at this location because the facility is consistently clean and well-maintained.
My primary concern is with the fuel pumps. When entering an Alt ID for the Shell Rewards program, the keypad often becomes unresponsive, numbers stick, the system takes an unusually long time to recognize entries, or it fails to accept the number altogether. The pumps are definitely overdue for an upgrade.
My other complaint is the car wash. I took my wife’s vehicle through one morning, and after applying soap, the wash abruptly shut down. At that point I was left wondering, “Now what?” While I was eventually refunded, it was still an inconvenience and far from a positive customer experience. I then had to locate another car wash to finish the job.
Overall, the store itself is clean and the staff have always been pleasant, but the pumps and car wash equipment need significant attention and modernization.”

“They have the best coffee! It's ground (in no time) from fresh beans with the roast or flavor of your choice, right there, fresh and on the spot! My fave is Dark Roast!! If you take your cup back you get a major discount on a refill. For example my large, which is a very tall, 24 oz coffee is only $1.59 for the refill. They have some pretty tasty and affordable, fresh quick bites like breakfast sandwiches, pizza slices, chili cheese hot dogs etc. if you're in a hurry too. The store is always clean, the gas pumps are always working and the employees are always very friendly and quick as well. 👍”

“I show up in the evening time mostly. Tyler Knutson is great! I seen some really bad situations with him there and with people there going through all sorts of crazy situations. He's done a very very good job! When it comes to rip-offs and possible violent situations I've seen just a couple of them while he has been there and I can tell you hands down he is a very good employee because he had fixed it quickly! I've done many reviews and this guy deserves some respect honestly. ?. I give him personally five stars and I don't give that lightly.”

“Thank you customers, please know you do matter, otherwise I wouldn't keep the bathroom so clean, the store is clean, we change out our soda nozzles almost everyday. Which I think the soda taste better. The staff (epically) ME!. But you the customer is most important. It does matter when your nice to us too. I get it, ppl are in a hurry, it takes 30 seconds to smile, specifically if your that super hot chick that comes in and I'm afraid to look at. Drop dead gorgeous, like most our customers. Now Cody, he had fetal alcohol syndrome, we try, NO Cody is the man. Thank you everyone.”

“Shoutout to Angel at RaceTrac for helping two young women stuck with an overheating car at 1:30 AM. We were stressed and honestly didn’t know what to do, but he helped us pick out the right coolant and then came back outside later to help us refill it after the engine cooled down.
He didn’t have to do that, especially that late at night, but he made sure we were safe and able to get home. Super respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful.
That kind of kindness makes a huge difference — thank you, Angel!

“I've visited during some of the busiest times imaginable, and what impresses me most is how effortlessly this team handles the rush. They work with incredible speed, professionalism, and teamwork, yet they never make customers feel rushed or ignored. Even when the store is packed, they keep the line moving efficiently while remaining friendly, courteous, and attentive. That combination is rare and deserves to be recognized.
Too often, employees in these roles only hear about complaints instead of the praise they've earned. That's why I wanted to take the time to write this review. Exceptional work deserves to be acknowledged, and this team has certainly earned it.
I especially want to recognize Ray. I happen to visit during the hours he usually works, and I can honestly say he is one of the hardest-working employees I've ever observed. He is constantly in motion, anticipating what needs to be done before anyone has to ask, helping customers, assisting coworkers, and keeping everything running smoothly. His work ethic is remarkable, and it's obvious that he takes genuine pride in doing his job well. Employees like Ray are invaluable because they set the standard for everyone around them.
I also want to compliment the manager of this location. Building and maintaining a team that consistently performs at this level doesn't happen by accident. The positive culture, efficiency, and customer-focused attitude of the staff are clear reflections of strong leadership.
Thank you to everyone at this location for your dedication and hard work. Your efforts absolutely do not go unnoticed, and you are a big part of why I continue to return. I hope the owner recognizes what an exceptional team they have because employees like these are difficult to find and well worth appreciating.”

“The couple that runs this store are absolutely amazing! The best thing the new owner could have done was have these two in there. Very friendly and always on top on it and very efficient with the timing of getting people in and out. Makes you feel at home when you’re a regular customer and they know you by name. “I’ve ordered take out several times and the employee rarely pay attention to who’s there waiting for food I’ve arrived waiting anywhere from 35m to 55minutes to receive my food and it was cold and if not they never have it ready by the estimated ready time given In app. And I don’t mean 5-10minutes I’ve waited 30+ minutes inside after placing online orders and arrived at the requested time in app and literally seen the employees talking and doing anything but getting food ready.”
