“I don't know where to begin ! Jimmy (Manager) and Brooke (associate) I can't thank them enough. I panicked my car and started smoking. I walked into the store worried, and they were so HELPFUL and CARING about the situation. Although nothing in the store could reverse my radiator being blown, they did something more heartfelt.. they helped me with a reference to tow my car for what I could afford, They waited with me to ensure I was in good hands. I felt so relieved in their care. I know for certain had I ended up in another auto parts store, I would not have received that exceptional customer service that I was provided with. So friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They go above and beyond their duties. I felt in good hands and will Always be thankful to Jimmy and Brooke and their wonderful team !!! This will be my new auto parts store. Even if I live in another county, I trust their expertise ?. Please show appreciation for those who do what we can not ! This world still has some very good people. Attached in photo's was my problem, They were the solution.”

While Tyler, who was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, was programming a new transponder I was able to witness how helpful and compassionate other staff was. One staff member went and got a chair for an elderly gentleman who was struggling at the register. I have never used Batteries Plus but I now will be a loyal customer thanks to the staff who were working 12/26/23”

“Came in with a battery issue. Andrew and Fred were very kind and helpful. Because of my work schedule I couldn't bring the battery in except for an hour before they closed. I was thinking it just needed a charge. Fred offered for me to leave it over night and he would call me the next day when it was ready. I got a phone call the next day that the battery was no good and it was under warranty and they replaced it. I thank Fred and Andrew for their kindness and polite conversation while I waited.”
