On top of all that, the guy was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care—which these days feels rarer than finding a shopping cart that doesn’t pull hard left.
Honestly, Walmart needs to give Paulson a raise. Or a promotion. Or at the very least, clone him and put one in every department.
