“I have been to multiple UPS stores in the West Palm Beach area. This is the best one. They are very efficient, nice and extremely helpful. Even of the most busy days I’ve never waited there more than a few minutes. . I would give them 10 stars if possible.”

“I’m so delighted to have a place to mail my packages to my family in Ca right from a block or two away . The hike to the nearest USPS is not that close & this is wonderful . Marquise is so friendly & professional it was a pleasure to bring in the things I need mailed . It’s difficult to have family so far away but this convenient mailing location with their great service makes it so much easier & VD chocolate to boot ,”

“I wanted to give a shout out to MyKeisha who works at this location. When I arrived, a customer was very loudly yelling at staff for an error in a shipping address, even though the customer had previously confirmed that the address was correct. MyKeisha did a great job of stepping in, remaining professional and polite while diffusing the situation and at the same time fixing the customer's problem. The issue was resolved quickly and the rest of the line was taken care of promptly and with good customer service.”
