“I always come here because the customer service is amazing! I put my chain in for a repair and some how it got lost in transit. They gave me credit on the lost chain and Eli got me an extra discount for my troubles. I was going through family issues and it had been awhile before I was able to go back to select another purchase. But Lakin helped me decide on a purchase that was amazing. I still had family issues to be taken care of so it was awhile again before I can go back and make the final purchase. There was some issues concerning my purchase but Eli and Lakin came to the rescue AGAIN! They got me ANOTHER discount, so 3 discounts for my troubles and I made my purchases that are very beautiful and I am very happy with. “True to their name, repairs are fast and done on site. Depending on your watch brand, batteries can be expensive but in line with other jewelers that have to send merchandise out to a 3rd party.”
