“I used the coin exchange machine at this location this morning. When I was finished I neglected to remove and take the credit card with me. Lo and behold, nine hours later, I realized that I must have left my credit card at this location. I called and spoke with Hana in Customer Service and told her my problem. She immediately put me on hold to see if it was returned and it was not returned. Then she asked to call me back after she checked the machine and possibly look at surveillance footage if need be. She called me back right away with the good news that the card was still in the machine. I’d like to thank and commend Hana for her AWESOME personality and special care in this matter. I’ll shop at this store again for sure!”

“Customer service at its best! I can not thank MJ enough for his kindness and patience and also his suggestions for my family reunion get together. I had a long list of family member requests for alcohol. MJ helped me figure out how much I should buy based on my list and the number of people. I do not drink so I was clueless. He was so busy and he was so calm with me and kept on assisting me while still running up and ringing people out. He sure was multi tasking. Thank you MJ.
