“I first went to an Aldi in 2016 when I lived in Ocala and have been impressed ever Since. I grew up in Batavia Ill which is where Aldis corporate office is. There was an Aldis in Aurora I'll. My parents never went. Now that I'm an adult I'm saving alot when I go to Aldi. I was just talking about how customer service has gone down the drain. “Customer service at its best! I can not thank MJ enough for his kindness and patience and also his suggestions for my family reunion get together. I had a long list of family member requests for alcohol. MJ helped me figure out how much I should buy based on my list and the number of people. I do not drink so I was clueless. He was so busy and he was so calm with me and kept on assisting me while still running up and ringing people out. He sure was multi tasking. Thank you MJ. “I used the coin exchange machine at this location this morning. When I was finished I neglected to remove and take the credit card with me. Lo and behold, nine hours later, I realized that I must have left my credit card at this location. I called and spoke with Hana in Customer Service and told her my problem. She immediately put me on hold to see if it was returned and it was not returned. Then she asked to call me back after she checked the machine and possibly look at surveillance footage if need be. She called me back right away with the good news that the card was still in the machine. I’d like to thank and commend Hana for her AWESOME personality and special care in this matter. I’ll shop at this store again for sure!”

“I'm not sure how the week day is but i delivered on a Saturday morning my appointment was for 7am. The staff was nice, the young lady who worked the front signed me in and put me to the door right away. The warehouse man which was nice had me unloaded before 8am and that was including moving a trailer for him off the road which would have blocked my view leaving and anyone coming. I say this because the parking is really tight! You have to go out diangle on to the main street and work your way back. Not sugar coating anything im sure it is a nightmare on a week day since other warehouse traffic share the same street.”
“Came in to pick up cat treats and I really thought that I could get them cheaper than what I was paying at Publix but actually Walmart is higher even if it's a few cents. They pried themselves on being the cheapest but they're not anymore!!”
