The price beat all other quotes we had gathered, but more importantly, the customer service was amazing. We were kept informed every step of the way and everyone from the corporate office to the guys delivering and picking up the cube were happy, friendly and knowledgeable, which isn’t always the case these days. The truck that I got from Home Depot 6319 University Pky was not the greatest. It didn't want to start every time I went to turn it on. It was full of ants cab and box..had to fumigate before I could load it. The box also leaked on one side and part of my sofa got wet. A little maintenance would go a long way!!!”

“Would use again. Specifically Ashley was very helpful and courteous. Had us in and out, in minutes. There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.”
