U-Box at U-Haul
7850 N Tamiami Trail, Sarasota FL 34243
“We recently used a U-Pack Relocube to send items from a storage unit from FL to TN and had a wonderful experience. The price beat all other quotes we had gathered, but more importantly, the customer service was amazing. We were kept informed every step of the way and everyone from the corporate office to the guys delivering and picking up the cube were happy, friendly and knowledgeable, which isn’t always the case these days. We would definitely recommend them!”

“I recently set up a unit at Midgard Self Storage in Lakewood Ranch, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish, all thanks to Lee. Without question or exaggeration, working with Lee over the phone was the best level of customer service I have EVER experienced in my lifetime across any industry. She had an incredible grasp of their process, outlined every single detail to a T, and made the entire setup effortless. Her instructions were crystal clear and executed flawlessly. If you need storage in the Lakewood Ranch area, this is the place to go. Lee sets the gold standard for what world class service looks like. Outstanding job! Penske Truck Rental
5475 University Parkway, University Park FL 34201
“The gentleman that I dealt with on the phone to reserve was awesome. He was closing for the day but took the time to get me a truck reserved. The truck that I got from Home Depot 6319 University Pky was not the greatest. It didn't want to start every time I went to turn it on. It was full of ants cab and box..had to fumigate before I could load it. The box also leaked on one side and part of my sofa got wet. A little maintenance would go a long way!!!”

Trailer Hitches at U-Haul
3602 14th Street West, Bradenton FL 34205
“Would use again. Specifically Ashley was very helpful and courteous. Had us in and out, in minutes. There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.”

“The staff at this location, specifically Marques and DJ, have excellent customer service!! Very friendly and professional. I dropped off a 15ft truck and auto trailer at this location after driving 1200+ miles from Austin. I was ready for cranky workers like in Austin, but these guys are great and made my experience enjoyable. They helped me offload my vehicle and trailer and took good care of me. U-Haul should know they are assets to the team.”
