The technician/sales representative helped me out big time by eliminating the battery as the cause and suggested a starter as being the fault. Spot on , I bought the starter and had the car towed to a local shop Beach Auto Care, and glad I did as it turned out the starter was in fact the issue. O’Reilly also supports Veterans. “Came in around 8:15 in the evening to check my battery and figured it needed to be replaced on my 2023 Ford F150. Jamison helped me and did an excellent job! He was very enthusiastic about getting it replaced. I was in and out within about 15 minutes with a new battery that he installed. Love the warranty, which apparently is complete replacement without additional charge of any issues within the four year timeline. Great service and I’m very pleased!”
